fair in Munich last month, have been quick to find a new application in
smaller waste water treatment plants in modular build for individual
houses and hotels.

Tsurumi pumps pass endurance test
A wear and tear report on
pump use in the Katzenberg tunnel project has revealed that opting for a
range of Tsurumi pumps was an investment that has certainly paid off.
Despite 60 contractor pumps being in constant use over the course of
four years, the spare parts bill came in at only €25K.

New Tsurumi TRN submersible aerators
Tsurumi has been one of
the quickest manufacturers to respond to ongoing demands of the EU with
the launch of a new series of submersible aerators. The new TRN range
was officially launched at the IFAT trade fair in Munich, Germany which
took place May 5 – 9.

Tsurumi aeration systems EN 12255-15
tested
Pump manufacturer Tsurumi
is one of the first companies to have all of its aeration equipment
tested to the new EN 12255-15 European Standard. EN 12255-15 applies to
wastewater treatment plants and covers specifically the measurement of
the oxygen transfer in clean water in the aeration tanks of activated
sludge.

Tsurumi offers ATEX-certified sewage
pumps
Tsurumi has released a
range of sewage pumps that meet full requirements for the ATEX European
Directive for protection of workers in explosive atmospheres. There are
presently 11 models available from three ranges: the BX-Series,
CX-Series and UX-Series.
